Quantities are limited. Shipping charges shown are per item, for U.S. addresses. For international shipping, you must add the International Shipping fee. Sales tax added to California orders.
To pay by check/money order; ship outside of the U.S.; inquire about quantity discounts; ask about raising money for your organization; or ask any other questions, specify your city, state, and country, as well as how many of which designs you want in a message to store-AT-progressiveportal.org (change"-AT-" to "@"). We'll write back with instructions. No C.O.D.
Orders for in-stock items are generally shipped within a few days. However, if an item sells out, it can take several weeks to obtain a new supply. (Delayed Presentment: The PayPal billing system charges your account immediately when you click the final "Pay" button on checkout. We have no way to delay billing.) Occasionally, an item may have recently sold out since we last updated the page even though it's not shown as "out of stock."
RETURN POLICY: Before returning any orders, always contact us first, by writing tostore-AT-progressiveportal.org (change "-AT-" to "@"). If we don't know your return is coming, we cannot be responsible if it doesn't arrive here. If there is anything wrong with the product (defective, wrong item sent, or not as advertised on our site), we will ship you a replacement at our expense upon receipt of the returned item in the same condition in which we sent it to you. If you simply change your mind, or you did not order Priority or Express Shipping and the order came later than you wished, upon receipt of the returned item in sellable condition we will credit you toward anything else we sell, in the amount of the purchase price (plus sales tax for California customers), but not the shipping-and-handling charge. If the item does not arrive (allow 4 weeks from the shipping date for standard mail), we will ship a replacement at our expense, after you verify that we have your correct and complete address and agree to return the extra shipment if both shipments arrive. Cash refunds are issued only at our discretion; we may need to mail you a check rather than crediting your account.
